Statistics show that 86% of employees are feeling disconnected, undervalued, perhaps stuck or lost and not getting the results they want. I have a 5 step process that helps one identify their personal brand, build professional presence to create positive impact and achieve the success they want. This transformational work helps individuals increase their confidence, re-ignite their passion, connect their work with purpose and take command of their future success.

My first professional gig was interpreting for reporters in a conflict zone. I use that experience, two decades in business, and seven years presenting and producing a prime weekly television show in my coaching practice.

While still at university, I helped start an advertising agency that soon became part of an international network and later co-Founded a disruptive advertising business that I took to global presence.

The Daily Telegraph kindly named me one of the 1000 most influential British business people.

I first spoke to a live audience of thousands at thirty and have practiced every method I teach in hundreds of presentations. I've worked with leaders across Europe and the US to deliver speeches ranging from TEDx talks to large conference talks to media appearances and internal presentations – live and remotely.
