Stephanie is the of Chair of WIA, and is an advisor for a Causal AI company and a Partnerships consultancy.
Her goal is to help women build and improve their Partnership skills, and hopes that in the near future they will have an equal opportunity to succeed in the workplace.

She is a strategic alliance professional who builds programs that span services, technology and sales partnerships with a focus on B2B software. Working with partners to open new markets, creating joint propositions that bring value to customers and enabling partners to be successful.

Petra has over 15 years of experience working in a global environment, specialising in establishing and fostering valuable partnerships. She possesses strong expertise in business development within the realm of technology transformation, crafting partnership strategies, and managing Partner Programs. She has a passion for collaboration, cultivating meaningful relationships, and driving positive change.
Petra is based in Stockholm, having previously held roles in London and Prague with companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, HCLTech, and TietoEVRY.
Julie Kolsen Diehl
Julie has spent most of her career as part of the B2B technology channel. Julie has experience running partner marketing and field marketing teams and currently lead the Global Partner Operations team for insightsoftware. Julie has managed partner programs, events, promotions, rebates, partner enablement and sales incentive programs.
Julie has vendor and program management experience along with a detailed eye on process, structure and reporting. Julie is always trying to think of creative ways to engage resellers and end-customers in order to reward and measure behaviors. Julie enjoys turning challenges or inefficiencies into new programs and strategies to better support the organization.
Danielle Simon has over 13 years of experience in all facets of Global Alliances, Partnerships and Channel Sales in the SaaS space working for startup companies in the data, cloud, marketing and security ecosystems. Before embarking on her tech career, she was a successful public relations and marketing professional for a decade.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she still resides in the NY Metro area with her family. Danielle loves to travel and spend time with friends and family around the globe. She joined Women in Alliances to co-lead the NY Chapter because of a fierce desire to elevate women in the industry and do so at a non-profit organization with global reach and amazingly talented professionals.
